We had a wonderful time with Rui during our private tour of the Douro valley. He catered the trip to what we wanted. We went to 2 great quintas, did a Duoro River cruise and had a great lunch. Amazing service!  I gifted this experience to my brother and sister in law as part of their wedding present.  Rui helped me plan their trip from California, walking me through our options over phone/text.  He made all the arrangements and their day went perfectly.  They had a great time.

Fantastic experience! Milena, our guide, was phenomenal. We had a 10 person family group with varying interests and she was able to find something we all liked - delicious port, instagrammable vistas, and wonderful lunch. We had Tiago as our tour guide and he was awesome! He was so knowledgeable! We learned so much about both the Douro Valley and Portugal. At each winery stop we got to take a tour and taste the port/wine, learning more about the port making process with each stop. Tiago stopped along the way so we could take pictures, see additional landmarks, and learn more about the region. I would highly recommend DWT. They were very responsive in setting up the tour and tailoring the tour based on what we wanted to see! This was a great experience and made for an unforgettable day in the Douro Valley. Hello Everyone,

The tour was simply put an excellent experience. Tiago was our guide, he was incredibly informative not only in wine but culture, history, food and the region in its entirety
He also made the day fun & easily kept us engaged throughout. Highly recommend the tour, my only tip would be to do it early during your stay in Porto in order to make the most of the recommendations especially the restaurants 😀. As we only had a day left we could not put it all into practice.
